ROA's ongoing series turns to education and training needs for civil affairs in the military.
Approximately 55 people from both military and civilian ranks attended the all-day ROA-sponsored "Civil Affairs Education and Training" event at George Mason University's Arlington campus Aug. 8. This gathering, one in the ongoing ROA Defense Education Forums Civil Affairs Transition Roundtable series, focused on the growing need in the military for personnel with civil affairs skills.
