WASHINGTON, Nov. 26 -- Rep. Jack Kingston, R-Georgia, has introduced a resolution (H.Con.Res. 263) to "establish the Joint Select Committee on Earmark Reform."
The resolution, introduced on Nov. 15, has 77 co-sponsors. It was referred to the House Rules Committee.
