Article: German Inventors Develop Navigational System

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 29 -- Bernd Petzold of Wunstorf, Germany, Cornelis Hahlweg of Hildesheim, Germany, Ulrich Kersken of Dieholzen, Germany, and Gerd Draeger of Braunschweig, Germany, have developed a navigational system.
