The Use of Meridian-Based Therapy for Anxiety and Phobias

Abstract

With anxiety-related disorder being so prevalent today It is timely to look at which therapies may complement the work of hypnosis and aid its application. Meridian-based therapies have a place in the health practitioner's world as both a stand-alone tool and one to teach the client to use as an adjunct to other treatment. This article reviews the use of meridian-based therapies and their application to anxiety-related disorders, and offers suggestions for how they can be used with clients.
