Gov. Mike Beebe, D-Ark., has issued the following proclamation:
TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS COME - GREETINGS:
WHEREAS: Life insurance provides financial security for families who have lost a loved one by helping surviving family members meet immediate, ongoing, and future financial obligations and objectives; and
WHEREAS: Surveys consistently indicate that a majority of Americans believe that life insurance is an essential part of a sound financial plan; and
WHEREAS: Today, 44 percent of households in the United States report that they lack adequate life-insurance protection; and
