Article: FOCUS GROUP MEETINGS PLANNED FOR NEW SOUTH REGIONAL PARK

The city of Columbia issued the following news release:

The Columbia Parks and Recreation Department has scheduled focus group meetings to gather more input on the new regional park planned in southeast Columbia.

The meetings are targeted for specific groups, however, the general public is invited to attend. The following meetings will be held at the ARC (Activity and Recreation Center). The new park comprises the Philips and Crane properties off of Gans Road. The focus group meetings follow two general public meetings held in November to gather ideas.
