NEW DELHI, India, Nov. 30 -- OVER 200final-year MBBS students and interns of Moti Lal Nehru Medical College took out a rally on Friday to protest against a proposed Bill by Union Minister of Health A Ramadoss making a one-year rural internship compulsory to all medical students.

The students tied black ribbons and carried banners and posters condemning the proposed Bill. The rally passed through Hanumat Niketan, Civil Lines Bus stand, Subhash crossing and concluded at the medical college. The rally was taken out under the banner of 'Under Graduate Medical Students' Association'.
