WASHINGTON, Dec. 6 -- The Senate Judiciary Committee conducted a hearing "to examine reauthorization of the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act (Public Law 93-415), focusing on protecting children and communities," according to a committee notice published in the Congressional Record.
