Article: ROSELAND MAN SENTENCED TO 37 MONTHS IN FEDERAL PRISON FOR CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT BANK ROBBERY

The U.S. Department of Justice's Federal Bureau of Investigation New Orleans Field Office issued the following press release:

JOSHUA DANIEL MORGAN, age (26) a resident of Roseland, Louisiana, was sentenced by U. S. District Judge Martin L.E. Feldman to thirty-seven (37) months imprisonment for Conspiracy to Commit Bank Robbery, announced U. S Attorney Jim Letten. In addition to the term of imprisonment, Judge Feldman imposed three (3) years of supervised release following the term of imprisonment. During the three year term, the defendant will be under federal supervision and risks an additional term of imprisonment should he violate any terms of his supervised release.
