You can make your Kimmel Center debut this month at a sing-along "Messiah."
No rehearsals are necessary, just a copy of the score, your voice and a bit of nerve. "Messiah" comes in the sit-back-and-listen variety as well. There are seasonal offerings featuring dance, choirs and orchestras. Prices range from good will offerings to over the top but many are fund raisers for good causes.
Today : The Singing City Choir , and choirs from Northeast and Upper Darby high schools will join in a sing-along "Messiah'' with no rehearsal necessary, bring your score, 7:30 p.m., Verizon Hall, Kimmel Center, 260 S. Broad St., Philadelphia , $20; (215) 893-1999.
