The Clatsop County government issued the following news release:
The Oregon Community Foundation and the Clatsop County Board of Commissioners announced today the creation of the Clatsop County Disaster Relief Fund to benefit those affected by the recent weather related disaster.
Already, $15,000 has been contributed; additional donations are being accepted. Checks should be made out to the OCF Clatsop County Disaster Relief Fund and may be dropped off at Bank of Astoria branches or sent directly to The Oregon Community Foundation at 1221 SW Yamhill, suite 100, Portland OR, 97215. Donations are tax deductible.
