ORDER AMENDING RAINBOW TROUT STOCKING PLAN PURSUANT TO LICENCE ARTICLE 408

On August 4, 2005, Idaho Power Company (licensee) filed its rainbow trout stocking plan pursuant to article 408 for the Bliss, Lower Salmon Falls, and Upper Salmon Falls Projects. The plans were approved on November 4, 2005. The projects are located on the Snake River in Idaho.
