Article: INTER-AMERICAN DEVELOPMENT BANK FUND MAKES US$450,000 GRANT TO PROMOTE LENDING FOR SMALL BUSINESSES IN NICARAGUA

The Inter-American Development Bank issued the following press release:

A US$450,000 grant from the Inter-American Development Bank's Multilateral Investment Fund will expand access to financial services for urban and rural small businesses in Nicaragua.

The MIF grant will help Banco de Crédito Centroamericano S.A. (Bancentro), a leading Nicaraguan commercial bank with a strong presence in rural areas, launch a program for small businesses.
