U.S. Senator John McCain (R-Ariz.) today submitted the following statement about the Conference Report accompanying the National Defense Authorization Act of FY '08 for the Congressional Record.

Mr. President, I sincerely congratulate Chairman Levin, the Members of our Committee, and our House colleagues for their work on the Conference Report to accompany the FY08 National Defense Authorization Act.
