The city of Cincinnati issued the following press release:
WEATHER STATUS: The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch from Saturday morning to Sunday morning. A winter storm watch means conditions are favorable for hazardous winter weather in and close to the watch area. A mixture of snow, sleet and freezing rain will develop across the area Saturday morning. Temperatures will warm to above freezing Saturday afternoon into Saturday evening. This will allow the precipitation to change over to all rain. Cooler air will then move back into the area after midnight, changing the rain back to snow.
