ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 19 -- Christine Frysz of Marriottsville, Md., Haytham Hussein of Woodstock, Md., Scott Knappen of Annapolis, Md., Ryan A. Stevenson and Robert A. Stevenson, both of Santa Clarita, Calif., and Richard L. Brendel of Carson City, Nev., have developed an electromagnetic interference filter terminal assembly.
