Bihar Chief Minster Shri Nitish Kumar addressed the 54th meeting of the National Development Council today in New Delhi. In his address the Chief Minister underlined the concern regarding, the Central Government increasing "interventionism" (in terms of Central Sector Schemes and Central Programmes dominating funds being passed to states) and "isolationism" (in terms of lack of opportunities for Centre-State interaction).
