WASHINGTON, Dec. 31 -- Rep. Dan Lungren, R-California, has introduced a resolution (H.Res. 907) "congratulating the X PRIZE Foundation's leadership in inspiring a new generation of viable, super-efficient vehicles."

The resolution was introduced on Dec. 19. It was referred to the House Science and Technology Committee.
