The following product safety recall was voluntarily conducted by the firm in cooperation with the CPSC. Consumers should stop using the product immediately unless otherwise instructed.
NAME OF PRODUCT: Medicine Cabinets
UNITS: 8,600
MANUFACTURER: RSI Home Products, of Anaheim, Calif.
HAZARD: The medicine cabinet's mirrors can separate and break, posing a laceration hazard.
INCIDENTS/INJURIES: RSI has received two reports of mirrors detaching and breaking. No injuries have been reported.
