ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 4 -- Cornelius Kienemund-Paroll of Hamburg, Germany, has developed an ornamental design for a wrapper, the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office announced.
The inventor was issued U.S. Patent No. D558,593 on Jan. 1.
