Regency Centers (NYSE: REG), a national owner, operator and developer of grocery-anchored and community shopping centers, has announced that Tesco's Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market has been named the key anchor tenant at Jefferson Square shopping center, located at Jefferson Street and Fred Waring Drive in La Quinta. Regency Centers and its partner Maranita Development expect a ground breaking at the shopping center in spring of 2008 and a center opening in spring of 2009.
