Rio de Janeiro, Jan. 4 -- Brazil's football star Kaka has reportedly presented his "FIFA Player of the Year 2007" trophy to his church in Renacer em Cristo in the neighbourhood of Cambuci in Brazil's southern city of Sao Paulo.

The deeply religious footballer, who plays for Italian club AC Milan, has handed over the trophy to the church during the New Year's Service, Spain's EFE news agency reported Friday.

"This (the trophy) is the first of many I plan to win. I thank God for this and I'm going to leave it here, in the house of the Lord, so that everyone can see it," the player said during the service, which was ...
