Article: German Inventor Develops Hollow Grinding Bodies Production Method

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 11 -- Jens-Peter Thiel of Horneburg, Germany, has developed a hollow grinding bodies producing method.

According to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A method for producing hollow grinding bodies for comminuting material to be ground uses a casting mold having a cavity and includes arranging a core in the cavity with retaining elements to produce a shell-type intermediate space.
