The West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals issued the following news release:

West Virginia Supreme Court Chief Justice Elliott "Spike" Maynard tonight said he was pleased that Governor Joe Manchin included funding for drug treatment courts in his 2008 State of the State Address.
