Washington, Jan. 12 -- Britney Spears' visitation rights to her sons might be cut off completely until the next trial of her custody case against ex-hubby Kevin Federline in April.

According to a source, Mark Vincent Kaplan, K-Fed's attorney, is going to ask the court on Jan 14 that Spears' visitation rights "be cut off completely until the trial in April," reports Usmagazine.com.

"That means no interaction with the kids until then," added the source.

The LAPD officers, firefighters and paramedics who arrived at Britney's home when she refused to hand over her kids, will also be testifying at the custody hearing.
