Personal Excellence (Sea Large)-Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71)

Health, Safety, and Fitness (Sea Large)-Carl Vinson (CVN 70)

In September 2007 VFA-103 received the Commander, Strike Fighter Wing, US. Atlantic Fleet Maintenance Department of the Year, Golden Wrench award and the MUTHA award which honors the squadron displaying the spirit and comaraderie that best represents the stike fighter community.
