Rep. Patrick Kennedy, D-R.I. (1st CD), issued the following news release:
Congressman Patrick Kennedy joins his cousin Joe Kennedy, and Mayor Charles Moreau, today at the New Hope Shelter in Pawtucket, Rhode Island to present the shelter with funds provided by Citizens Energy Winter Assistance Program in hopes of helping low income families and individuals stay warm during the winter months.
