The town of Cary issued the following press release:
With weather forecasters continuing to call for the possibility of a wintry mix Thursday morning, the Town of Cary 's A-Team will continue applying a brine solution to major thoroughfares throughout today. Town crews spent Tuesday, January 15, spreading the solution on bridges, major hills and historically icy spots.
"In addition to our brine preparations, we will have 15 spreaders on stand-by beginning at midnight tonight," said Town of Cary Public Works Director Mike Bajorek .
