California State University Dominguez Hills issued the following press release:

Freshman-level students wanting to attend California State University, Dominguez Hills in the fall must submit their applications by March 1. After that, enrollment will be closed to first-time freshmen and some transfer students under a systemwide mandate imposed by Charles B. Reed, chancellor of the California State University.
