Article: Belgian, Canadian Inventors Develop Negative-Working Lithographic Printing Plate Making Method

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 18 -- Huub Van Aert of Pulderbos, Belgium, Dirk Faes of Herselt, Belgium, Joan Vermeersch of Deinze, Belgium, and Sue Wilkinson of Vancouver, Canada, have developed a printing plate making method.
