Article: Utah, Florida Inventors Develop Concentrated Oxidant Waste Streams Treatment Process

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 18 -- Brandon C. Heidelberger of Sandy, Utah, Rick D. Wheadon of Alpine, Utah, Edwin J. Hansen Jr. of Magna, Utah, and Jess C. Brown of Sarasota, Fla., have developed concentrated oxidant waste streams treatment processes.

According to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention may be used for treatment of waste streams using domestic wastewater. A concentrate waste stream containing one or more of perchlorate, nitrate, bromate, selenate and chromate may be combined with a domestic wastewater stream.
