Mohave County issued the following meeting news release:
A new, improved Mohave County website will be launched Tuesday, Jan. 22.
Kingman resident Eric Advincula coordinated the creation of the new site. The county's Information Technology Department added Advincula as a program analyst eight months ago. Advincula came from Lakewood, Calif., with a specialty in web development.
"I have been programming since I was 15," he said. "My uncle, who was a programmer, got me started."
In 1997, Advincula earned a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from California State University Long Beach. He has experience in web design with a Ford-owned company that deals with auto loans.
