The Oregon Public Utility Commission issued the following news release: We want you to tap into your creative side. The Oregon Public Utility Commission is seeking entries for a new logo to symbolize the Oregon Telecommunications Relay Service. The relay uses operators to assist telephone calls between deaf, hard of hearing, and speech disabled individuals and their hearing counterparts and vice versa. The logo will be used on a variety of documents, brochures, forms, letterhead, apparel, buttons and website for the 18 year-old program. Who can enter?
