Article: Britney's visitation rights remain suspended

Washington, Jan. 24 -- Britney Spears' request for an emergency hearing did not turn out to be fruitful as there has been no change in the suspension of her visitation rights to her children.

After the quick hearing, the court commissioner, Scott M. Gordon, said that the suspension would not be lifted before the next hearing on Feb 4.

"The previous custody orders under which Britney Spears has no access to the children remains in effect. Ms Spears has no custody or visitation rights at this moment," Usmagazine.com quoted L.A. County Court Public Information Officer Alan Parachini, as saying.
