Article: Mendoza hopes aviation bill approved in February: Creation of the Civil Aviation Authority can speed up reforms in the aviation industry

Transportation and Communications Secretary Leandro Mendoza, who is also the concurrent Air Transportation Office (ATO) chief, said he is hoping Congress could pass the bill creating the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines by February this year, so the government can immediately institute reforms in the country's aviation industry.
