The Chief Minister of the State of Andhra Pradesh made a review of the performance of the Roads & Buildings Department and directed it to complete the ongoing works in time, said office of the Chief Minister in a press release:

The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy directed the Finance Department to allocate Rs. 600 crores as financial adjustments to the Roads & Buildings Department to complete the ongoing works. He said this is required to keep up the tempo of works and utilize the working season.
Of this Rs. 300 crores will come back as reimbursable amount from the Union Government as Central Road Fund. The Chief ...
