If it wasn't so painful to see new homeowners lose their homes and their dreams, and if It wasn't so painful to see banks report eye-poppingly disappointing third quarter earnings, it would be funny, sort of, reminiscent of the wrap-up of the television series Dallas, when every character pointed fingers of blame at somebody else, and America asked, "Who shot J.R.?"
