The Clackamas County government issued the following news release:
New system development charge (SDC) rates for North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District (NCPRD) will go into effect Friday, Feb. 1.
The Clackamas County Board of Commissioners approved Ordinance 09-2007 Oct. 25, amending the North Clackamas Park and Recreation District's SDC ordinance.
"As more and more people move to Clackamas County, it is important that we are keeping pace with the need for park and recreation places in the community," said Lynn Peterson, Chair of the Clackamas County Board of Commissioners. "Parks are an essential ingredient for maintaining the integrity and quality of life in Clackamas County."
