The Alaska Department of Natural Resources issued the following news release:

In a state where capsizing and falls overboard into cold water account for the majority of boating deaths, the Alaska Office of Boating Safety is pleased to announce the completion of a new instructional video on cold water boating safety.

A premiere showing of the 26 minute film has been scheduled for Wednesday, February 13 at The Anchorage Museum of History and Art in the Auditorium from noon to 1:00 p.m., and will be followed by a question and answer period. The public is invited.
