Gov. Ernie Fletcher, R-Ky., issued the following news release:

The Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority (KEDFA) today approved an inducement resolution for a conduit bond issue for the construction of a 267-room resort hotel and conference center to be constructed at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington. Conduit bonds are not an obligation of the commonwealth or KEDFA, but are the responsibility of the borrower.
