Article: Patent and Trademark Office Seeks Computer-Based Exam Administration

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 8 -- The Patent and Trademark Office said it was soliciting services and locations for administering computer-based registration examinations for patent attorneys and agents.

Paul Brinckhaus, Contracting Officer, said in the announcement: "The objective of this procurement is to find a computer test administrator(s) that can provide a computer-based testing system, a network of testing centers located in all 50 states, and the resources and personnel needed to administer the examinations."

The agency said the contract period would be for one year with four option years.
