The office of Sen. Christopher S. 'Kit' Bond, R-Mo., issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Kit Bond, Vice Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, today praised the Senate passage of the terrorist surveillance bill and urged the House to act before the February 16th deadline.
"Today, Republicans and Democrats in the Senate proved to American families that we can protect our civil liberties and keep our country safe from attack," said Bond.
