Dear Mrs. Manners,
Our peaceful, uncontrolled airport has been plagued by an old-time pilot who has no radio and insists upon using the runway opposite the prevailing wind and traffic. Although he has been told repeatedly that his behavior is dangerous, he maintains that he's flying within his legal rights and that the rest of us should simply be more careful. We're wondering how to deal with this pilot in a safe and polite manner.-R.U. Deph
