Article: Letter to Editor - "Reign of terror" at CWB claims another victim

The Harper government's reign of terror against the Canadian Wheat Board continues.

Their hand-picked CEO, Greg Arason, fired vice-president of communications, Deanna Allen, without cause. I believe Ms. Allen was fired because she did her job and was obviously standing up for the farmers and the CWB.

When Greg Arason was hired, he signed a personal services agreement with then-CWB Minister Chuck Strahl. The agreement with Strahl created a bizarre situation where Arason, the CEO, could not promote the CWB or the single desk.
