San Jose State University issued the following press release:
San José State President Don W. Kassing and Cal Poly President Warren J. Baker will participate in services at two African American churches in San José for California State University's Super Sunday campaign on February 17. The effort seeks to encourage African American youth to attend college. Presidents Kassing and Baker will be accompanied by San José State student services teams that will work with church education counselors to distribute information and answer questions. More top CSU administrators and staff will do the same at African American churches throughout Northern California.
