The California Business, Transportation & Housing Agency's Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control issued the following press release:

On February 19, 2008, the California Alcoholic Beverage Control suspended the alcoholic beverage license of One Stop Market, 6001 Macarthur Blvd. in Oakland for an indefinite period of time. The enforcement action is a result of an Oakland Police Department investigation that substantiated evidence of three separate sales of alcoholic beverages to minors within a 17 month period from July 3, 2006, through November 16, 2007.
