ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 21 -- The Patent and Trademark Office said it was soliciting services for infrastructure, design, engineering, architecture, and integration.

Sylvia Van Dyke, Contracting Officer, said in the announcement: "The requirement is to provide one or all of the following: system design, infrastructure engineering, network engineering, system engineering, accessibility engineering, enterprise architecture, data architecture, application architecture, system development life cycle support, design of infrastructure system components, and unbiased third party review of other government contractors' plans, performance, and products."
