Article: High-tech security concern here is building bigger North Side facility

Engineered Control Systems Inc., a Spokane-based high-tech security company, is building a new facility to accommodate the growth of its operations, says company President Bob Ellis.

The company is constructing a two-story, 12,000-square-foot building, which will be part warehouse and part offices, at 2717 N. Hogan, south of North Foothills Drive. The building is being erected on four of six lots the company bought just east of its current 8,000-square-foot building at 2702 N. Perry. Ellis says the company plans to lease out the older building after moving into its new building in April.
