Gov. Jim Doyle, D-Wis., issued the following news release:
Governor Jim Doyle today announced the appointment of Gary Rohde to the Natural Resources Board.
"Gary Rohde has extensive experience as a leader in the agricultural community here in Wisconsin," Governor Doyle said. "As someone who has dedicated his career to advancing agriculture, I am confident he will promote farming in a responsible way while protecting the environment."
The Natural Resources Board sets policy for the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and holds public meetings around the state to gather input on Natural Resources policies. The seven members of the Natural Resources Board serve staggered 6-year terms. At ...
