Moving Ahead in 2008

I was privileged to meet with the President and the Directors of NANDA International during their fall meeting. They are an enthusiastic and hardworking group. We discussed many issues related to how the Journal can serve the members and interested nurses by promoting the work of the organization. One of my concerns, which we spent considerable time brainstorming about, is the ability to provide for publication of manuscripts from international members whose first language is not English. We have decided to implement a program called "Member Mentors" in which a current NANDA-I member agrees to assist an author who has a manuscript that is appropriate for our journal but needs assistance ...
